WHAT YOU’LL DO

Join Chef Joseph for a lesson in Italian cooking with a fresh, gourmet twist.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to incorporate traditional Italian ingredients and techniques into your own cooking. You will use fresh herbs, vegetables and cheese to recreate the signature flavors of Italian cuisine.

To start, Chef Joseph will guide you as you prepare miniature Caesar salad appetizers in Parmesan cups. Next, you will make a vibrant Neapolitan-style margherita pizza followed by a robust eggplant caponata on garlic crostini. For dessert, handcraft zabaglione, a custard dessert with almond cookies and fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Neapolitan Margherita Pizza
With flour, yeast, mozzarella, roma tomatoes and fresh basil
Eggplant Caponata Crostini
