Discover the art of completely homemade pasta in this hands-on Italian cooking class. Professional Chef Taciana will guide you through the time-honored techniques for turning flour, oil and eggs into long flat ribbons of tagliatelle pasta with expert tips and tricks. Once you’ve created your own pasta, you’ll prepare a rich and hearty Bolognese sauce using beef, garlic, crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and onions to top your mouthwatering creation.
