Master the art of French cooking techniques that you will keep in your kitchen repertoire for years to come. Chef Megan will guide this hands-on cooking class as you prepare beloved French dishes together.

Begin by making decadent lobster bisque complete with bits of tender lobster meat, and a fresh bistro salad with spinach, bacon and wonderfully tangy vinaigrette. Then, learn how to cook beef bourguignon, a quintessential French dish, stewed low and slow in red wine. For dessert, Chef Megan will show you how to make crГЁme brГ»lГ©e.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Megan was an absolute delight. The food was delicious. Moreover, it was really fun to work in the kitchen along side her. We learned better techniques for prepping and cooking above & beyond learning how to prepare the specific dishes of this meal. Chef Megan was fun and friendly and very encouraging.
