Let Chef Darnell introduce you to authentic Creole dining in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn to assemble a meal that brings the most essential tastes and textures of a beloved regional cuisine to the table.

Start by preparing BBQ shrimp, featuring tiger prawns, white wine and Cajun seasoning. Then, create jambalaya with chicken, Andouille sausage and tender rice, with a batch of hand-breaded fried okra on the side. Finally, whip up an indulgent mango and peach bread pudding to prove that all great meals end with dessert!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I hosted a cooking class at my house, and it was such a fun, laid-back experience! The instructor kept things casual and made it feel like cooking with friends. We learned great recipes and had a blast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, enjoyable cooking experience!

Chef Darnell prepared a fabulous meal. There were 6 of us and we all commented favorably on the preparation and presentation. Chef even changed a menu item at our request which turned out to be off-the-charts awesome. In addition, Chef Darnell is extremely personable so we enjoyed his company throughout the evening. Recommend highly!

Chef Darnell was amazing for our dinner party of 8. He arrived early, was friendly and engaging, and prepared a delicious 3 course meal that far exceeded our expectations. Our guests were so impressed. We cant wait to hire him again! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
