Begin the class by preparing a caprese salad with fresh cherry tomatoes and creamy goat cheese. Next, learn how to create a moist and tender pan-seared Atlantic salmon. For your sides, craft a sweet corn succotash dish and savory roasted potatoes. End your meal by sinking your spoon into vanilla and mango-infused bread pudding youâ€™ll create from scratch.

Chef Kamal made a fabulous 4-course meal for the six of us, including wine recommendations. Delicate beef and lox bruschetta, light and tart salad, amazing crispy-skin salmon main course, and delicious strawberry mascarpone cheesecake with fruit compote. He was charming, engaging, and attentive. We loved the whole experience!
