What You’ll Do

The secrets of creating fresh handmade pasta and tempting sauces are yours to explore.

If homemade pasta sounds like a dish you can dig into, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Doug is just for you. He'll show you how to combine fresh ingredients to create from-scratch pasta selections and an array of classic sauces.

Begin your lesson by preparing tender pasta using eggs and flour before creating tagliatelle, spaghetti and ravioli filled with spinach and creamy ricotta. Then, prepare a hearty Bolognese sauce and a pesto alla Genovese sauce to top your creations before learning the secret to making perfect spaghetti alla carbonara.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Chef Doug was fantastic! Not only was the food amazing, but he was wonderful company to have over for the evening and he left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We can’t wait to try the recipes he left us again and can’t recommend him enough!

Chef Doug was amazing. The recipes were delicious and he was very hands on in the lesson. He was also extremely friendly, and made great conversation. He also brings everything you need for the lesson, and does a great job cleaning afterwards. 10/10 will definitely do another course! Thanks for a fantastic evening!
