What You’ll Do

Explore an Italian menu inspired by in-season favorites with Chef Vince.

Use fresh ingredients to create an unforgettable feast of Italian food in this cooking class taught by Chef Vince. You'll learn smart culinary techniques and how to utilize in-season fruit, vegetables and protein to curate a three-course meal.

Start by whipping up classic pesto for a Caprese salad featuring mozzarella and tomatoes. Then, Chef Vince will teach you how to make spaghetti pasta from scratch, which you'll pair with clams cooked in garlic and white wine. Finish by making authentic zabaglione infused with marsala and topped with lemon whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such a great time with Chef Vince. We learned a lot; we laughed a lot. That poor man tolerated a lot of ridiculousness from us and just cooked so calmly. The food was delicious, and he answered innumerable questions all while he stirred and kneaded. I highly recommend an evening like this for everyone.

The food and Vince was beyond our expectations!!! Vince was awesome, personable, patient, explained, answered questions, involved us in the cooking process every step of the way. The outcome? A gourmet meal tailored specifically for us, better than you can get in any restaurant! The cost was so minimal in comparison to the obvious time Vince put into the pre-event prep, picking the best ingredients, and planning. And to have him cook in inside your own home? Priceless!!!!
