What You’ll Do

Try your hand at techniques that shape both Northern and Southern Italian cuisines.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Mike takes you on a journey through the Italian kitchens that inspired this menu, including experiencing New York City's Little Italy over four courses.

First, you'll roast grapes for an arugula salad with Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette. No Italian meal is complete without pasta! Cavatelli takes the spotlight with basil and broccoli rabe, before pan-seared red snapper steals the show with clam and mussel broth. This spectacular meal concludes with a creamy vanilla panna cotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We recently had a remarkable dining experience with Mike, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, Mike's passion for cooking and his attention to detail were evident, making our night a memorable one. Mike was incredibly accommodating.
