In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jenna will teach you how to prepare traditional Mediterranean dishes with a modern twist. Enhance your cooking by practicing contemporary culinary techniques under the guidance of the chef.

Begin by learning how to make your own pita and dolmas to enjoy with whipped ricotta and creamy hummus. For the main course, you will use regional ingredients to build a hearty seafood stew with spicy tomato saffron broth and crisp crostini. For dessert, incorporate molecular gastronomy to put a gourmet spin on traditional baklava.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a superb experience from start to finish. Jenna brought everything we needed and expertly walked us through the whole cooking process. She is a natural teacher, explaining fascinating and useful cooking tips that will serve us well far in the future. She made the whole experience pleasant and fun, and one that we won't soon forget. Oh, and did I mention the food was phenomenal? Every dish was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!!!! Chef Jenna was amazing. Not only was her food delicious but she was so personable. She brought everything with her (even dishes and cutlery)! When she left, you wouldn’t have even know we had someone cook here as she cleaned up as well. I cannot recommend her enough. We will be asking her to cook for us again.
