Learn how to build an Italian-inspired feast from start to finish with Chef Carlos.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Carlos will teach you how to create staple Italian dishes using modern techniques. Prepare each dish from scratch while practicing kitchen skills from frying and sous vide to developing rich, flavorful sauces.

Begin this Italian-inspired meal with a classic appetizer of fried arancini. Next, build a traditional pomodoro sauce to accompany a sous vide chicken puttanesca along with a creamy pimento rojo polenta with roasted red peppers. For dessert, learn how to make panna cotta with lemon and blueberries and a hint of rum.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Carlos is a well traveled chef who has experience in many international cuisines. He showed me a technique to cook a tomato to remove the skin and seeds. This was a technique I plan to use for future recipes. He is knowledgeable and excited to share his passion with his guests.
