Inspired by the Gulf of Mexico coastline, class begins by stuffing tomatoes with fresh crab and Parmesan. Next, cook wild-caught salmon paired with shrimp blanketed in a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce and sided by potatoes in butter. For dessert, Chef Joy will teach you how to bake a delicate peach puff pastry tart with mascarpone.

Chef Joy was amazing! She has such an extensive knowledge about cooking. The food we made was amazing. The venue was very intimate and very relaxing. It was perfect to bring a date. I have learned so much from Chef Joy and I will be returning to another class of hers. Thank you Chef Joy.
