What You'll Do

Recreate some of your favorite '90s TV dinners with gourmet flair.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to make several small dishes inspired by popular '90s TV dinners. But while these dishes are inspired by TV dinners, they're far from the reheated meal you're used to.

Begin with herby green pea fritters and crispy fried chicken with a spicy tomato jam. Next, learn how to make decadent white cheddar and brie macaroni and cheese. Then, you'll make spicy corn with butter and Creole spices. For dessert, whip up a chocolaty molten lava cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
