Cooking Class - Classic Greek Spread

What You’ll Do

Create a traditional Greek feast using fresh ingredients with Chef Roger.

This hands-on cooking class features a menu inspired by a night in the Greek isles and features Chef Roger teaching you how to transform fresh, light ingredients into authentic Mediterranean dishes.

First, you’ll craft a classic Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber and feta. Next, prepare a Mediterranean-style fish recipe with capers and fresh herbs, accompanied by traditional Greek roasted vegetables, including eggplant, potatoes and zucchini. For dessert, Chef Roger will show you how to make decadent baklava with walnuts and cinnamon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Roger was very knowledgeable in everything.I learned how to make the macarons....... He was, precise, calm, and organized. A real pro! I will definitely return for other classes. When I left I felt very proud of the results. I was there with my son, and we both felt the same way.
