What You’ll Do

Enjoy a spread of all-Italian classics, like pesto ravioli, creamy risotto and agrodolce.

After this immersive cooking class with Chef Desmond, you'll be prepared to show off your fresh pasta-making skills at any time. Roll up your sleeves and learn how to create perfect, pillowy, stuffed ravioli and more using authentic ingredients.

Start by making fresh pasta from scratch to stuff with fillings and douse in a rich pesto sauce. Next, cook an herbaceous dish of saffron risotto before preparing a fresh tuna steak smothered in a traditional Italian sweet and sour sauce. End by whipping up an indulgent Italian pear almond cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
