Discover the diverse regions of Spain and the seasonal flavors inherent in this unique cuisine with a range of traditional methods and ingredients. In this cooking class with Chef Lynne, you'll learn techniques to recreate classic Spanish dishes at home with regional ingredients, and of course, good quality olive oil.

Build bright and tangy flavors into a refreshing gazpacho, and develop a rich, savory paella — Spain’s most famous rice dish — to enjoy alongside a sangria-inspired aqua fresca. Finish with something sweet: A creamy, orange and cardamom-spiced flan tart.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lynne was fantastic! Super knowledgable and personable. We learned so much and had a great time doing so. Plus her backyard and "outdoor kitchen" is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.
