WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore an intriguing contemporary take on authentic Asian recipes prepared with new twists.
Chef Christophe introduces you to the possibilities of modern Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Gather new techniques and learn a few novel recipes that breathe new life into your favorite dishes.

Begin with a quinoa salad made with spinach, mandarin oranges and herbs and topped with Asian dressing. Then, create goat cheese balls flavored with fig coulis and ginger confit. For your entrée, prepare Korean pork tenderloin served with white or sautéed rice on the side, and as a refreshing take on dessert, whip up a lychee and pineapple flambé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
