For the past two decades, Chef Roger has been the chef at a 25-seat fine dining restaurant in New York City where he also hosts cooking classes and pop-up events, including his ever-popular classic afternoon tea service filled with a bounty of gourmet sweets and savories all made from scratch.

Chef Roger was amazingly patient and so educational! He was personable and hospitable as well! We learned great knife care and handling as well as why you’re using which pot etc… we loved our intimate experience and our food came out great! Will def return with more of our friends..
