Cooking Class - Classic Mediterranean Feast

What You’ll Do

Create an Italian feast brimming with bright colors, big flavors and fresh ingredients.

In this cooking class, you will work hands-on with Chef Laura to produce a colorful and flavor-packed Mediterranean feast featuring a handful of Italian dishes.

The first course will start things off with flair: Chef Laura will show you how to prepare a colorful antipasto salad with cured Italian meat and cheese and a balsamic drizzle. Next up, you'll make fresh linguini pasta, which will perfectly serve as the base of a lemon and mushroom-chicken scallopini. No Italian meal is complete without the slight sweetness of beautiful cannoli for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating from culinary school in Denver, Chef Laura began teaching cooking classes at one of America's leading gourmet foods stores. Today, she owns her own business where she offers dinner parties and small event catering as well as cooking classes.
