Cooking Class - Classic Flavors of Havana

What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare an authentic Cuban meal from drinks to dessert completely from scratch.

A beautiful blend of culinary traditions merge for a classic Cuban meal you'll create in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Charles. If you haven't experienced the lively flavors of Havana, this is your chance to explore across three courses.

First, concoct refreshing mojitos using muddled mint and tangy lime juice, then create a sofritos shrimp martini before preparing your entrée of mojo chicken with black beans, rice and tostones. A decadent white chocolate bread pudding featuring brioche and crème anglaise closes out the class in sweet splendor.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
