Experience the lively flavors of Firenze in this hands-on class with Chef Scott as he guides you through creating a simple, yet elegant four-course dinner.

First, learn how to make cocolli con stracchino with crisp pizza dough and refreshing crescenza cheese and prosciutto ham. Next, you'll prepare hearty Tuscan-style pork ribs accompanied by a comforting bowl of brodo i cappeletti with mortadella, Parmesan, pasta and chicken consome. For dessert, create zabaglione, an Italian classic that packs a punch with eggs, marsala wine, fruit and sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was enjoyable, however it was more like a personal chef vs a cooking class and we were really wanting a class. We helped with a couple of things but we really didn't help cook anything. The 1:1 and personal experience was great and we loved his dog. The food turned out great and Chef Scott is incredibly knowledgable.

Chef Scott was wonderful to work with! He was very personable and friendly. The food was delicious and he did a great job explaining each step to me. I highly recommend booking a class with him!
