Chef Josh continued to follow his dream of being a chef, which eventually landed him in a variety of restaurants where he learned how to prepare a wide array of cuisines. I took my wife to Josh’s class for Mother’s Day. The steak was some of the best that I’ve ever had. All of the food was delicious. We learned a ton of tricks and tips on how to prepare the food. However, the real benefit of the class was getting to know Josh. He was a very nice and charismatic person. He made it a very enjoyable and fun experience. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Great learning and cooking experience!! We loved the steak taretar and the steak itself! The whole process on removing the yolk from the egg, and the details like saffron salt made all the difference. This class was a blast and the food was even better!
