Grilling Class - Guide to Grilling and Barbecuing

What You’ll Do

Learn how to become a grill master and host the ultimate backyard barbecue.

In this hands-on class with Chef Pierre, you will learn how to master your grill and prepare the ultimate barbecue spread showcasing three different meats and more.

Chef Pierre will begin by teaching you how to grill a ribeye steak to perfection. Then, you will learn how to grill chicken complete with that crave-worthy burnished-but-not-burned coating as well as barbecue pork short ribs that are fall-off-the-bone delicious. You can also look forward to creating a rice pilaf studded with grilled vegetables and a chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Pierre was born in France and spent 12 years studying cooking there as well as one year studying in Italy. He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Pierre is an expert with all types of fish and meat, and can also make great sauces and desserts. He has been a chef instructor and executive chef for many years, and has even cooked for four United States presidents. Chef Pierre's style of teaching is from the heart.
