The culinary traditions of Asia are built on a foundation of fresh ingredients and lend themselves very well to a vegetarian diet. Join Chef Greg to learn how to make four Asian plant-focused dishes from scratch.

Start with a refreshing cold Thai-scented avocado soup with a tangy cucumber-apple relish. Next, learn how to make crispy egg rolls bursting with flavor and seared mushroom teriyaki with carrot and ginger purГ©e, baby milk tips and spinach. To finish, whip up a classic mango sticky rice.

We had a great time learning to cook vegan Asian food with Chef Greg! He was extremely patient with us and explained everything really well, but also made sure to keep us on schedule. The food was amazing and he was really friendly and fun to hang out with. We definitely recommend booking with him.

This class was absolutely fantastic! Greg is a fantastic teacher and just a great guy to hang out with for a few hours. Came totally prepared with everything we needed, shared lots of fun stories from his experience in the culinary world, and even helped with a kitchen injury. Highly recommend!
