Begin with tender poached shrimp and homemade cocktail sauce followed by your preparation of golden honey-glazed salmon with fresh avocado and mango salsa. Continue sharpening your culinary skills while preparing perfectly steamed clams with a velvety wine sauce in a Dutch oven, and end your delectable meal with a perfectly sweet caramelized pineapple upside down cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef V has been cooking for professional athletes since 2009, even as a private chef for an NBA player. After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, she ran a catering company and joined forces with a major party planner in Dallas catering corporate events and cooking for athletes. Chef V ran the company for almost 10 years before switching gears to work as a pastry chef for America’s largest hands-on cooking class program.

My husband and I spent Valentine's Day evening with Chef V in her home. We were so impressed with her knowledge and experiences as a chef. The menu was delicious and presented in a simple way that inspired us to try new dishes at home. The setting was amazing with views of the city as night fell. We couldn't imagine a more exciting, entertaining or perfect night together.
