Get a fresh start learning how to consciously and creatively prepare raw, vegan dishes.

In this hands-on class, boost your creativity and mindfulness as you master the preparation of a five-course menu based on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

This healthy spread will power you through the day as you disregard any preconceived notions of detoxing your body. Chef Dominique will guide you through the mindful creation of well-balanced dishes that will keep you satiated, including walnut, mint and cashew cheese-stuffed dates, tomato and avocado soup, and brownies made with dates and cocoa powder.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique is excellent!! I had no idea what to expect, but she was so professional and yet welcoming! We learned a great deal and had fun. The entire experience was awesome and the meal was delicious!!
