One of the most celebrated cuisines over the last two decades, Asian fusion cuisine combines a distinctive set of ingredients from all over the globe to craft striking, umami-packed dishes. In this hands-on class with Chef Lynne, you'll learn the ins and outs of crafting intricate Asian fusion dishes.

Throughout the evening, you can look forward to preparing a variety of savory dishes, including shrimp summer rolls, baby bok choy and adobo-glazed chicken. You'll also get to dig into some perfectly crispy banana egg rolls for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lynne is a seasoned performer on the stage and in the kitchen. An experienced Broadway actress, she graduated with honors from the French Culinary Institute and worked directly with Chef Jean-George at his flagship restaurant in NYC. Chef Lynne spent 17 years working with celebrity chefs at the Food Network, and was part of the Emmy award-winning team for Paula Deen’s shows.

I would HIGHLY recommend Chef Lynne. Her culinary skills are superb! Each dish had a great balance of flavors that complemented each other. Chef Lynne demonstrated the seared ribeye and the classic New Orleans shrimp. The ribeye was seasoned just enough to bring out the natural flavors. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and was paired with some delicious hand mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach. The classic New Orleans shrimp had all the flavors of the Bayou in one dish that's great for sharing! Chef Lynne is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and it shows forth in her dishes.

I gave this Surf and Turf cooking class with Chef Lynne to my parents as a Christmas present. They just went this past weekend and haven’t stopped talking about it since! They raved about Lynne and how fun this experience was. They said it was great food and a great atmosphere! This is a wonderful present for anyone and now even something I want to do myself!
