Chef Parsati was an amazing teacher! In addition to learning how to make the dishes (which were all delicious!) for the class, she also took the time to teach us how to make substitutions and how to use tools that make the process faster/easier. She shared the recipes with us after the class, and we’re looking forward to recreating the delicious dishes at home!

Amazing experience of an authentic multi-course meal. Convenient spotless cooking space, comfortable kitchen utensils, mise en place of everything needed when we arrived. All the necessary covid-related precautions. The instructions were very thoughtful and informative, with lots of tips on how to handle authentic ingredients, spices, and how to adjust the recipe to someone's taste. Chef Parsati was super attentive and delightful to learn from. And, of course, the meal was fantastically delicious. Amazing experience for a date night! Thank you, chef Parsati!

An unforgettable, cozy family experience! We took this gluten-free dumpling cooking class to celebrate my and my daughter’s birthdays, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming—it felt like being invited into a friend’s kitchen. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure everyone (including my husband and our two sons) felt involved and confident. The dumplings were amazing—so flavorful and authentic you’d never guess they were gluten-free! We learned so many tips and tricks that we can’t wait to try at home. What really made the class special was how cozy and personal it felt; we laughed, cooked, and shared a truly memorable experience together as a family. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on, and delicious experience—especially if you’re gluten-free or just love learning to cook something new. We’ll definitely be back for another class!

I took Chef Parsati’s vegetarian Japanese cooking class with my niece, and we absolutely loved it! The class was hands-on, beautifully organized, and full of flavor. Chef Parsati made the experience approachable and fun for all ages — she even added a braised salmon dish just for my niece, which was such a thoughtful touch. We learned so many great techniques, from sushi rolling to stir-frying perfect yakisoba noodles, and everything we made tasted incredible — especially the homemade unagi sauce and the silky green tea custard to finish. The atmosphere felt like a true izakaya experience, and Chef Parsati’s warmth and knowledge made it even more special. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to explore Japanese cooking — whether you’re a beginner, a vegetarian, or just looking for a memorable culinary experience to share with family!
