Chef Parsati draws upon fond childhood memories of Kolkata, West Bengal to showcase flavorful regional fare that have made a huge impact on her cooking.
Enjoy a taste of Bengal, as Chef Parsati introduces you to the unique sweet and salty balance that makes the cuisine of this Eastern region stand out. You will have the opportunity to prepare traditional dishes and learn the techniques of each recipe, including kosha aloo dum with sesame paste and nuts that will make your taste buds pop, basanti pulao, and coconut ladoo with cardamom.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
