Prepare and enjoy the flavors and culture of prominent Northern Indian dishes.

Chef Parsati will take you on a culinary adventure to Northern India where you will learn an array of cooking techniques from a professional chef.

In this hands-on class, you will learn impressive cooking tips as you prepare authentic dishes from Delhi, the capital of India. Learn how to incorporate Indian spices, sour ingredients, dry herbs and more, as you create classic Northern Indian dishes, from chicken kebabs with pickled onions to panchmel dal with fives types of lentils to shahi aloo palak to a tart cranberry halwa.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I gave Chef Parsati's "Explore Northern India" class to my sister as a present and it certainly was a fun experience to have together. Chef took the time to learn about our cooking habits at home and tailored her tips and tricks to our needs. It really felt like we were hanging out in a friend's kitchen. All the recipes felt very approachable, and everything turned out delicious! We were so excited to try these new recipes again that we drove to the Indian grocery store nearby right after the class, and picked up some supplies.

Chef Parsati’s cooking class was so much fun! The dishes she helped us create were delicious, and we will be able to make them at home now. Her directions were very clear and easy to follow. She answered all of our questions and was great to be around. I would recommend this class to anyone.
