Learn how to prepare a gourmet holiday feast featuring the ultimate in luxurious roasts: beef Wellington.

In this hands-on class with Chef Amanda, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course holiday feast that lauds beef Wellington as the show-stopping centerpiece of the meal.

Chef Amanda will teach you everything you need to know to master the creation of beef Wellington with a flakey and shiny golden brown crust encasing layers of the finest ingredients in the western world: slivers of prosciutto, a shallot-heavy, herbed mushroom duxelle, a divine port truffle sauce, and of course, a core of buttery soft beef tenderloin.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Amanda is a culinary artist who’s also passionate about local produce. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she attended restaurant business school in Australia before moving just outside of Athens, Georgia to farm and grow sustainable vegetables, fruits and flowers. Chef Amanda has spent time as a cooking coach for a major grocery store chain, has taught cooking classes and currently teaches at Salud Cooking School.
