Cooking Class - West Coast Italian

What You’ll Do

Chef Adam uses fresh, local and sustainable ingredients to create California cuisine with Italian flair.

The cuisines of both Italy and California meld beautifully in this meal celebrating the meeting of West Coast and Italian coast, where high-quality ingredients are used prominently.

Enjoy the best of both worlds in this cooking class that begins with a butter poached shrimp appetizer accompanied by purГ©ed peas and crispy prosciutto. Pan-roasted halibut takes center stage, served with potatoes, baby tomatoes, and fresh herbs. For the final course, you'll learn how to make Meyer lemon panna cotta with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He was great. He teaches you how to have fun while cooking. Don’t take it seriously it’s a cooking class. Especially if you aren’t a cook just have fun and enjoy the food. If you are a real cook stop being lame and just have fun.
