Chef Alan is a personable, talented chef and accomplished improvisational musician. The improv thinking definitely translates into his cooking because I've never thought to put some ingredients together (i.e. mango, crab, and asparagus). I adored the tuna tempura and finished every last bite. I'll be attempting that one soon myself because I can't stop thinking about it. Thanks for cooking and hosting me, Alan!В
