Take Indonesian food to a new level with fresh fusion ideas from Chef Titik.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Titik will elevate your thinking of traditional Indonesian cuisine in a modernized light by adding fusion elements throughout the menu.

Learn all about classic Indonesian recipes and how to infuse fusion ingredients as you prepare your starter: Corn fritters with smoked salmon and chipotle aioli. Next, try your hand at cooking short ribs with coconut milk and an array of spices, and herby chimichurri quinoa on the side. An avocado milkshake paired with banana fritters will end your Indonesian fusion journey on a sweet note.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Enjoyed the experience at Chef Titik's house. She was very welcoming and made it feel like we've known each other for a long time! The cooking experience was a less hands on than we expected but we learned a lot of the tips and information she gave about the ingredients and dishes prepared. The food was so good!
