Cooking Class - A Light New Orleans Seafood Feast

What You’ll Do

Chef Jessica shows you how to put together a lighter New Orleans seafood feast.

In this hands-on, four-course Cajun and Creole-focused cooking class, Chef Jessica will show you how to make a delicious New Orleans-inspired meal that will delight your taste buds.

Dive into this seafood feast with raw oysters and mignonette, a light sauce made with vinegar and shallots. Next up, you'll make a shrimp stew from scratch with corn and herbs, often called Cajun succotash, followed by classic and spicy blackened fish. Top the meal off with buttermilk pudding and a traditional caramel pecan sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jessica is an accomplished chef who understands the art of hospitality and fine dining. You can tell she loves to feed people, and it shows in the food she makes. The menu was perfectly curated and executed. The shrimp and grits were out of this world! Thank you Chef Jessica!
