Let Chef Natalie show you how amazing Mexican food can be without meat.
Chef Natalie will draw upon her experience and background as she offers you a Mexican vegetarian class like no other.
In this class, every item on the menu will be completely free of animal products and Chef Natalie promises that you won't even taste the difference! Start off with a seafood-free version of ceviche, filled with tangy and bright flavors. Next, top tostadas with jackfruit smothered in barbecue sauce and apple-jalapeГ±o slaw. End the night with a horchata cheesecake made with cashews. Transform the way you see Mexican cuisine!

Natalie was such a joy to spend time with! Her approach is so beautiful and inspiring as the entire menu was plant based, locally sourced, and vegan! Anyone could enjoy her delicious food as she works hard to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. The food was stunning, delicious, and really inspired me to get creative with the ingredients I use in my own kitchen.
Chef Natalie is a talented chef who, from an early age, has been immersed in the culinary world. As a proud Mexican-American, she prizes herself on her knowledge of Mexican cuisine, and the skills she learned from working in the several restaurants her family owned during her childhood. Chef Natalie's greatest culinary passion is utilizing plant-based products in her cooking, as well as locally sourced ingredients.
