In this hands-on class with Chef Eddie, you will learn how to take four traditional Mexican dishes to the next level with a handful of modern twists and fun techniques that translate across all cuisines.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include red pozole with juicy shreds of pulled chicken, pan-seared chipotle prawns with homemade corn salsa, a tequila-marinated skirt steak garnished with charred lemon, and a boozy Kahlua flan with rice crispy dust for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
