Cooking Class - Italian Style Brunch

What You’ll Do

Discover an Italian-style brunch that will inspire and entertain your taste buds like none other.

In this hands-on class with Chef V, you will learn how to prepare a four-course brunch menu using high-quality, garden fresh ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include homemade mint whipped cream that will make any fresh fruit platter taste alive, a sultry warm Caesar salad with roasted peppers, and a spicy, hearty, crispy, one-pan chorizo hash complete with a fried egg that also makes for a great weeknight dinner. Saving the best for last, we will prepare Italian pizzelle waffles for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef V comes from a long line of excellent Italian cooks and has been in the kitchen as long as she can remember. She lives a Paleo and Keto lifestyle, and creates vibrant dishes that taste and look like those from her Italian roots. She is the founder of an award-winning Paleo brand and is a TEDx speaker. Chef V uses organic fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish in her cooking when able, with no gluten, grains, legumes, refined sugar or dairy in sight.

Chef V was welcoming, down to earth and made the class fun and productive. She has great ideas and even though I like to think I know my way around the kitchen, she definitely taught me new things. More importantly, the food we made was as delicious as it was healthy.
