Cooking Class - A Menu Has No Name

What You'll Do

Bring your appetite for a Game of Thrones-inspired menu worthy of seven — or even eight — kingdoms.

Based on HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones, join Chef Cregg in the kitchen to learn exciting recipes inspired by your favorite knights, queens, dragons and ravens. It's up to you which dish will take the crown!

First, learn to create colorful, marbled Deviled Dragon Eggs that are served with crispy shallots and duck fat toast points. Then, wrap beef tenderloin in buttery puff pastry to create flaky beef Wellington to be served with black garlic roasted potatoes. Finally, whip up vanilla bean and citrus-infused custard and an almond flour pastry crust before assembling a blueberry Brienne of Tart.

Guests are welcome to bring wine, mead or ale to enjoy during the class.

We had an incredible experience with Chef Cregg, who masterfully guided our group of 10 colleagues on a culinary journey through the flavors of Southern France. The industrial kitchen was laid out perfectly, creating both a professional and welcoming atmosphere where we could interact, learn, and cook together. Chef Cregg did a fantastic job educating us on different techniques and recipes while keeping the session engaging and fun. The BYOB option added a nice touch, allowing everyone to bring a variety of beverages to complement the dishes we prepared. The highlight, of course, was enjoying the delicious food we created under Chef Cregg’s guidance. Thank you, Chef Cregg, for an unforgettable evening of learning, cooking, and camaraderie!

I had such an amazing experience at this cooking class! We had so much fun and learned so many new skills. The hand sushi rolls and spring rolls were my favorite, and I can’t wait to recreate them at home. The chef was incredible—so knowledgeable, full of great energy, and made the whole class enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be booking another class soon!

My wife and I had a great time at Chef Cregg's vegan French cooking class. It was a very educational class, as we were put to task and busy pretty much the whole time. We walked away with new food knowledge, cooking skills, and plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend!
