In this hands-on class with Chef Jessica, you'll discover the beauty of a Taiwanese soup and salad menu that is the perfect balance between cool and refreshing, and sultry, soul-warming and slurp-worthy.

You'll begin by building a colorful and delightfully crunchy cold tofu string salad. Then, you'll learn how to brew a deeply savory batch of what is often hailed as the national dish of the island and a quintessential hallmark of the Taiwanese cuisine: beef noodle soup. You'll end on a sweet note with a traditional red bean soup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
