Chef Syrena came to our motorhome while we were visiting New Orleans. Special assignment: cook a kosher meal using only the utensils available in the motorhome and food approved as kosher by me! It was fantastic! Blackened redfish with herb roasted potatoes, asparagus and fumee sauce followed by her version of bananas Foster, banana deep fried in egg roll wrap with caramel banana liqueur sauce. Amazing, had a great meal, watched a great chef cook!

6th Annual NORBCC Golf Tournament. I wish, I could submit pictures. [Seriously] Not only was the food tasty, but the attention to details was above and beyond - [food] Display; presentation [of food on chopping boards, etc.]; flow of the food stations... Chef Syrena brings her "A" game to an event.
