Begin by preparing spring rolls filled with the flavors of a shrimp boil and hearty vegetables, and fry rice with pineapple, crab and oyster sauce. For the entrГ©e, Chef Megan will teach you how to brew the perfect beef short rib ramen in a savory broth with fresh noodles, and whip up matcha panna cotta with heavy cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Megan is very knowledgeable and an excellent chef. We would have liked her to explain more about what she was doing. We learned a lot in her class.

Chef Megan created such a fun and memorable experience for my girlfriend’s birthday! The Asian-Cajun cooking class was the best way to start the week and Megan made it super easy- she brought all of the ingredients and gave us things to do. The food was absolutely amazing and it was such a chill and romantic evening. Megan’s personality and attitude made it even better, couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for something different!
