What You’ll Do

Craft a refreshing menu of vegetarian Greek dishes using fresh ingredients and creative recipes.

This cooking class is a meat-free culinary adventure through the flavors of the Mediterranean. Chef Charmaigne will guide you along your vegetarian Greek quest.

To start, a perfectly simple and traditional Greek salad. Next, you'll make stuffed cucumber bites with hummus, tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions and herbs. For your main course, you'll craft an authentic spanakopita, a traditional Greek spinach pie, which you'll top with a serving of fresh tzatziki sauce. Save room for dessert, where you'll enjoy fresh baklava, one of the most popular treats in Mediterranean cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My Daughter and I have had two classes with Chef Charmagaine. Worth every penny. Chef is very knowledgeable and patient. Good dishes we cooked with her guidance was fantastic. Can’t say enough about this wonderful lady. We will be back for another class. A lot of fun.
