Chef Andy's class on potstickers and roast duck was really fun! He showed us how to make the dough and roll it out for the potstickers which I had never seen before and I am excited to try again. The roast duck was delicious and the chef showed us a couple of ways it can be prepared, I particularly liked the wrap! They definitely have a different style but the kitchen was perfect for teaching, everyone could sit around the island and see exactly what he was demonstrating. Be prepared to take notes, you will want to remember everything here!

I have a culinary background so the class was remedial for me but I still picked up a few tips. With high class ingredients and complicated techniques, it’s an absolute bargain!
