Mario was a fantastic host. Very informative, talkative, and helpful. Made everyone feel comfortable, and the food turned out fantastic. Will definitely be taking another class with him again in the future, and would highly recommend!

We had the best time cooking Middle Eastern Essentials with Chef Mario! We loved learning about different cooking techniques and socializing with both Chef Mario and the other guests and the food was delicious! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to take another class!
