Chef Carla wears many hats. She is more than just a cook; she is a farmer, teacher, beekeeper, butcher, and Betty Crocker punk rocker! This impressive chef converted a vacant lot into a productive urban farmland and graduated from Kendall College with a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts program. Food is her religion, from growing and cooking it to buying and storing it. Chef Carla calls on everyone to dust off their aprons, get in the kitchen, and whip up some love.
