My food is rich with approachable flavors that your family and friends will be impressed with but that they'll feel good eating. Gluten free pastas, local, organic, sustainable food is what I'm passionate about.

Chef Kari is real down-home cooking in all the best ways: yummy, approachable, and delicious. She is a real chef--she's on top of everything in the kitchen and can teach anyone a whole lot. I really enjoyed my time with her and eating the dishes was the best part! Wonderful class, I'd take class after class from her any day.
