Chef Legina had our class enjoying not only the technique of sushi making, but also promoting a sense of camaraderie and social interaction as she welcomed all the participants . The only complaint I had was the sushi portions were less than I had expected, but all in all, itâ€™s given me motivation to practice sushi making.
