Chef Benâ€™s passion for sushi began when he was only 16 years old. While still in high school, he became a sushi chef, and in 2013, he moved to NYC to continue sharpening his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine. By 24, he became the youngest head chef in the restaurant where he worked and helped his family open their own restaurant. Now, Chef Ben looks forward to introducing others to sushi in a creative manner.
