Chef Brian

Chef Brian has celebrated a number of milestones in his culinary career, including graduating second in his class from the Culinary Institute of America, winning several competitions and becoming a sous chef. His journey began at home, where he learned to cook with help from his mother. Spurred by a passion for teaching others, Chef Brian now offers a fun and lively education in the art of cuisine to students of all levels.
