After moving to the U.S., she had the opportunity to experience a whole different set of ingredients and techniques that led her to become a certified raw vegan chef. Now a business owner, executive chef, and culinary instructor, her mantra is to expose foodвЂ™s beauty and let it blossom by awakening natureвЂ™s flavors.

What a creative vegan experience! I loved the way Chef Ana presented all her plates, everything is of great taste here; I didn't believe this was vegan at all! She definitely inspired me to start eating the right way, super healthy and with all the good flavors of the regular food. It was very nice to meet her, she goes out of her way to get the best out of every meal. A real example for all.
