Chef Jeffrey was very professional. We learned the do's & don't s on preparing foods and how things are healthy for you .His cleanliness was spot on. We enjoyed his class very much& look forward to booking with him again. We recommen him with 5 stars.

Chef Jeff was amazing! His knowledge for culinary arts and willingness to share was beyond our expectations. This was our first private chef experience and it did not disappoint. This is definitely on the top of our date night ideas list and the fact that he offers large group settings as well is icing on the cake! Thank you Chef for an amazing and tasteful date night experience! Our family enjoyed trying our left overs!

My wife and I joined Chef Jeffrey for a wonderful meal! - He shared great information on technique and process while cooking, which I found useful, and with the dessert, which my wife loved! This is our first time doing this in someone's home, but would easily do it again. OH, and we will likely hire Chef Jeffrey for a future, larger group / party! Thanks!

Chef Jeffrey made the experience exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing. PERFECT DATE NIGHT! Chef welcomed us into his home, made us feel comfortable, and entertained us with his teaching and cooking. This culinary experience met our expectations! Very tasty and well-seasoned food and clean / sanitary environment. Chef Jeff was very knowledgable about his culinary skills and explained the entire process to us, as he cooked an amazing meal. He even allowed us to participate in the process. Chef Jeff was very personable and shared his love and passion for cooking with stories and the history of some of the cooking techniques and seasonings. Chef Jeffrey blew all of our expectations out of the water. Not only was the food some of the best that we have had, Chef was highly intentional, professional, clean, kind, and prepared. He created a wonderful atmosphere with great conversation while effortlessly serving up beautiful and tasty dishes. This is an experience where you get to see someone do something they are so good at and so passionate about. Chef Jeffrey has an amazing passion for cooking, food safety, and continuous learning and improvement in the art of cooking. My husband and I learned a lot of tips and tricks about how to perfect our home cooking and how to elevate our styles and methods. We experiment with different types of foods at home, so learning from Chef Jeff and being able to taste the difference with his cooking styles and expertise is something we will take with us forever!

We want to book Chef Jeffrey again! We have never done an experience like this before and I’m so glad it was with him. His expertise, skill and care is unmatched—but most of all, his passion for cooking was apparent in every detail. This man poured his heart and soul into our experience, leaving our bellies and hearts full. We also had our two toddlers running around making things somewhat chaotic at our house, but he was not phased in the slightest. He was so patient and kind! Overall it was a delight to get to know him and witness the joy this man not only has for his craft, but sharing it with others. Bravo, Chef Jeffrey!

My girlfriend and I took Jeffrey’s class for a date night and it was amazing! Food was incredible, all three courses were great. Would have loved some background music, but the ambiance was great and extremely clean!

Chef Jeffrey was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his whole process from start to finish. The food wells excellent, we had the best grits we’ve ever had as part of the New Orleans cuisine, and the portion sizes were large enough to take plenty home. The space was clean and made for an excellent date night! We would definitely book with Chef Jeffrey again!

I could not recommend Chef Jeffrey enough! Each course of the Caribbean Cuisine experience was extremely delicious, fresh and flavorful. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time talking and learning from chef Jay. You can tell that he is really passionate about his craft and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time.

This amazing hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey was an absolute delight, we were presented with a variety of Mediterranean street food that was simply delicious. The salmon fillet was cooked to perfection and the baklava smothered with Chantilly cream was the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we discussed the art of cooking and how it can bring new experiences to others. Chef Jeffrey was a great instructor and was very knowledgeable about the recipes and ingredients. My Fiancé and I enjoyed it greatly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience. Five stars!

Chef Jeffrey is personable. He does an amazing job explaining the meals and how the flavors work. Every bite had an explosion of flavors. I cannot recommend Chef Jeffrey enough.

Booked the New Orleans street food cooking class for a date night/bday. We were so impressed with how clean Chef Jeffrey’s kitchen was and how absolutely personable he was! He talked us through all the steps he took making our meal. It’s very clear that he loves what he does. He also makes amazing food and with great sized portions! We took some to go home with. All in all, a very thoughtful Chef and a great experience for us! Would 100% recommend.

I took this class as a way to get out of the house and to have a bonding experience with my teen daughter. It exceeded my expectations and provided a great way for us to reconnect. Jeff went ABOVE and BEYOND. From the moment he greeted us at the door, to giving us personal one-on-one instruction to walking us out he took great care in our comfort and well-being. He was very knowledgable, very attentive, meticulous and sanitary and treated the class like a lesson in fine art. This class provided a great balance between “class participation” and his demonstration. He also took care to honor my food sensitivities and make a special meal plan to accommodate them. I consider myself a good cook who cooks regularly. But I still walked away with new techniques and a better understanding of some fundamentals I never realized I needed. Highly recommended and 5 stars!

Chef Jeffrey is an absolute gem. You can tell he loves what he does and makes the whole experience very personal. I booked with Jeffrey for my husbands birthday present because he also loves to cook and we’ve never made Mediterranean food before. The food he cooked and presented is some of the best food I’ve ever had. We hired Chef Jeff to cater my sister's birthday event. Chef Jeff came and cooked some of the most delicious food I've eaten in recent memory. We chose to have him cook a wide variety of dishes ranging from Mexican to Chinese and Southern cuisine; and every dish was cooked to perfection. We loved having Chef Jeff come and treat us to what felt like a fine dining experience, from the comfort of our home. Great personality, with better food and an unforgettable experience. Honestly can't wait for our next event.

Had Jeffrey cook for my daughters 24th birthday. The food was top notch from appetizer to Main course to dessert. That was one of the best meals I have ever had in the 50 years I have been alive. Three weeks later and everyone that attended is still talking about the meal. I was so impressed, I asked Jeff to cook for my wife 51st birthday. I can't wait for our celebration next week.
